There were cold, rainy days with rare sunny days. I recommend warm, waterproof clothing. The weather ruined the overall impression of our vacation here.
Almost daily rain and high winds made outdoor recreation almost impossible. This can be fun for extreme weather enthusiasts, but be prepared for constant cold and humidity.
The temperature was low, around freezing, and the ground was covered with mud. It is very important to bring warm clothes. Despite the weather conditions, the natural beauty of the island exceeded all expectations.
Constant rain and icy winds make this activity unforgettable. Temperatures are around freezing. Big clouds pack together. Not for everyone.
September was mostly rainy in the Faroe Islands. Temperatures were quite pleasant, but persistent rain can limit outdoor recreation. Prepare for wet and changeable September weather.
The Faroe Islands experienced their peak in July. Sometimes it is magically beautiful with light fog and warm days. Often it is gray, rainy and cool. For lovers of unpredictable weather.
In December, we decided to travel to the Faroe Islands, which was not our best choice. Incredibly cold, frequent snow and frost. Storms can be fierce and unpredictable. Don't forget to wear thermal underwear!
June was a mix of cloudy and sunny days in the Faroe Islands. The temperature was pleasant, about 10-15 degrees Celsius, but the frequent rain sometimes left something to be desired. Windbreakers are a must!
The average temperature hovered around 2 degrees. Frequent rain and snowfall and high winds meant the weather was not entirely pleasant. But the raw natural beauty was breathtaking.
Rain was common, but added to the mystical atmosphere of the islands. Make sure you have a good raincoat!
